Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our policy below to understand how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
- Order Issues (Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items)
If you receive a defective, damaged, or misprinted item, please notify us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll replace or refund the item at no extra cost to you. A return shipping label will be provided.

- Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue
We will work to resolve the issue quickly.
- Returns
We accept returns for items that are:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide return instructions and the return address
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds are only issued after we’ve received and approved the return
- Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please:
- Return the original item following the steps above
- Once your refund is processed, you may place a new order for the desired item
- Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
- Unclaimed Packages
If your package is unclaimed and returned to the sender, we will contact you. You’ll be responsible for covering any reshipping fees.
